Search titles and descriptions

I'm sure this is something fairly obvious that I'm missing but how do you search both program titles AND descriptions?

Since your are posting in the V4 forum you may be limited by the features available in the "Modern" interface and you would need to use the "Classic" web interface for advanced searching.
