EPG Parsing Issue

I can't access that link? Perhaps a section of the forum that I don't have access to?
I don't seem to be able to access the announcements section? (https://forums.nextpvr.com/forumdisplay.php?fid=18)

From what I can tell, you should have access to the announcements section (to read, and reply to posts, but not create your own posts). What error message do you get?

Hi this is pretty standard for uk ota epg data.
The title seems to be limited to a certain number of characters and it is continued over in the summary (with trailing ... in the title and the summary beginning with ...)
Will this fix work for ota epg data collected by nextpvr?

It doesn't seem to be currently working in the latest version with a cleared/fresh epg grab.

No, it was a change to the xmltv importer.

Its close  - it just forgets to remove the trailing ... at the end of the title (they appear at both the end of the title and the start of the summary)
Example:
Look North (East Yorkshire and... Lincolnshire)

Ugh...I wondered if that would be case. I think there is a bit of inconsistency around whether there is a space on either side of the ...
