TBS6982 Tuner not found

Hi
I used nPVR 4 for a couple of years and most times it was a pleasure. I now have a fresh install of v5 on a new Windows10, but my DVB-S double tuner TBS6982 Dual DVBS/S2 BDA Tuners is not recognized at all. The list of devices is always empty. But the device is correctly listed in my windows hardware manager.
Any idea?

I think you should also upload the results of the updated filter check. https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...#pid536961 utility.

Hi Martin,

Ive attached the logs. I see at least a System.IO.FileNotFoundException  "Unmanaged.dll" in the log. Is that because of a missing runtime?

Unfortunately, error still exists after installing the redist package. By the way, it also occurs if I click on Decoders in the Desktop client

What is the date of C:\Program Files\NextPVR\Unmanaged.dll

Maybe sub linked to the wrong one, Unmanaged.dll needs VCRUNTIME140 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download...x?id=52685

Perhaps, try to re-download npvrsetup and rerun to force an updated installation?

Hi

unfortunately, my very first installation of v5 just was today. So I already used the current installer. Nevertheless Ive re-installed now, without success. Also I have installed the second linked VC++ redist, with same result.

Is that unmanaged.dll issue caused by an invalid dll version? It seems that I am not the only one who has this problem?
