Lost Missing channel

When I do a scan its finds all the chancels except the ones marked 38.1 - 38.6
In Zipcode 85301 I like to Watch retroTV on 38.6 . With Nextpvr V 4.2.4 its shows up as

Freq:14  SID:6
Service type MPEG2 SD
Tsid:0
ONID:0
Physical channel 14

Is there a way iv 5.0.4 to manual add the missing channel?
Using same antenna and Hauppauge capture card. 
WINTV10 also see this channel on same setup. But I like NEXTPVR better.

No, you can't manually add a channel.

If you can post the logs showing the scan, we'll check what is happening. .

Where would the log be located. or what's the filename, I didn't see anything obvious as to a scan or .log

It looks like it's locking on to a signal on Freq:14.

You might need to try using the eval version of TSCapture (https://tscapture.com) to capture a 1 minute full transport stream, and put it somewhere like onedrive or dropbox, and let me know the download url. I'll try this it here with my signal generator.

Very odd indeed.
recorded CH38.6 for 1 min.
The SNR on the Digital Signal Quality was 26.7 and green. so Good signal
Played back the capture using VLC and no audio or video.
Tried a few other channels , PBS, Fox and they had audio and video.
there are 6 sub channels on ch38 .1 - .6 and none showed any audio or video.
They must have something goofy in their transmission , even though I can see them using WinTV10 or Nextpvr 4.2.4.

Its not a big deal, just bugged me it wasn't showing up. They show the older DR. Who's so I like to record them.

I tried signal stream capture on 38.6 and that actual worked, had audio and video. (they were showing DR WHo also )
