No, it was before the last public release. (It was a line item in the change log)

I get all the ready and failed recordings from his database.

The bulk of the time was checking for any remembered playback position of each recording. The updated NShared.dll does it in a more optimal way, check this for every recording in the one call, instead of 900 separate calls.

The page is now loading for me in the browser in about 3 seconds. (It's not entirely clear why the Chrome side also seems to have got quicker - maybe because I don't have the browser dev tools open now)
I tried that dll with no luck.  I rebooted the machine after copying the file to /opt/nextpvr folder

I also did an EPG update to see if it would generate the recurring recordings and it looks like that also had an error in the log.

I tried adding a new recurring recording from the TVGuide and it didn't generate any pendings.  I am able to create a single pending from the TVGuide.

Could you confirm that you put the dll in /opt/nextpvr/system as I posted earlier and not in /opt/nextpvr

yes it is in /opt/nextpvr/system.   I did mistakenly copy it to the other folder, but noticed the mistake and put it in the right place and tested before I posted that message.

Yesterday I downloaded it on my windows box and copied the dll to the linux box with filezilla, but today I downloaded it again directly on Ubuntu, extracted it and copied it and restarted the computer to verify it again.

Attached is latest log.
At this point my biggest concern is that the recurring items are not getting generated.  You can see near the end of the log where I changed Jimmy Kimmel Live entry and it tried to update the schedule wit the same NShared NullReference error.

Thanks
Steve Tyrakowski

I get all the ready and failed recordings from his database.

Something funny is going on then because I only get the fails if I don't rename the filename.

I took a closer look, and found there was another file check that happens later (if it was a retail build, not a debug build). This updated DLL removes that.

Is recording.list loading fairly quickly with his database for you? Given the size and most recent changes.

Very fast under one second including loading all the images from cache. Toggling from list to non list mode is 5 to 6 seconds.
