Been quite a few months and every time I try to log in remotely it doesn’t work. It’s works locally. I’m definitely accessing the correct ip address. I think it must be the port. But idk

Can you get to the web app remotely, using the browser on your phone? This will will tell us if your web server is exposed remotely

Am able to get to a login page using that. But I don’t know my log in info

Are you connecting to a NextPVR v4 or v5 server?

Maybe check the Settings->Clients screen, and make sure 'allow remote access' is ticked.
If that doesn't help, you'll probably need to post the logs so I can check what's happening.

Ok. I am now able to access the web app in my browser. Remote access is ticked. But the app is still not working. Where do I get the logs for the app?

In the settings screen there is a button to zip you log files and show you where the zipper file is.
