NPVR tray running, shows nothing recording, but not correct

Done. After reboot, the icon eventually turned green. I then manually put it in Standby, then awoke it, and it turned green. I will watch it over the next few days and report back if it reoccurs.

Just woke the computer up, it's gray, not green. Opened NPVR, exited, no change.
So the new DLL didn't fix it. Edit - I now noticed it's green. Two shows recorded, nothing else done, no idea what triggered it to switch on.

I also had a recording end, but the software didn't think it ended, then said I cancelled it early. Recording started at 6:27. Stopped just after 7 minutes, yet says it ended at 6:43, which is 16 minutes. I then switched to live, and hit cancel so I could watch it live, which may have created the Recording cancelled early. But when it did this the other night we weren't watching and could not end it early ourselves. So why would it stop recording at 6:34 yet think it was still recording? |
