Question 1:
Opening NPVR, and selecting LiveTV I get the msg "Unable to find ..." despite the Service being "in execution" and the device beeing active (see attachments). To resolve I have to stop & restart the Service.

Question 2:
Clicking right from Live TV and then selecting Main Menu nothing happens, if I wish to go there I can only use Ctrl-S.

Question 3:
Going to set a Man-Rec we cannot quickly select the channel (it is necessary to click a lot on the arrows), then to select StartTime and EndTime again we have to click a lot on the arrows going forward/backward 10' each time (for example, if it is 10 pm and I want to record a program that airs tomorrow from 24:00 to 1:30, I have to set Tomorrow and click 132 times for Start and 123 times for End).
Is there a more "human" solution?

#1 You should know by now that logs are required for support questions screen shots are really only needed when we ask.

#2 if NextPVR.exe thinks video is playing you won't be able to navigate, likely related to #1 with logs being required.

#3 can you not use the browser to do this? NextPVR.exe is designed for using with a remote not keyboard.

We'd need the logs to be able to tell you more. Maybe the device was already in use for something else? (like a recording)

With the channel highlighted, just type the channel number and press enter.

#1 I'll do asap

#2 what do you mean? yes, I am watching a TV program and I want to do more, so, by right clicking I open the drop-down window, I select Main Menu but nothing happens.
I can only do this with Ctrl-S or by clicking on the white square of the bar.

#3 what do you mean by saying "use the browser"?
"remote"? I'm in front of the PC and I prefer to use the keyboard

Ok now I undertand now, you want Main Menu on the mouse popup to stop playback that is for sub. It's the ctrl-s that confused me, you can also click stop from the popup.

Momentarily Q#1 does not manifest itself, but I attach the log for Q#2:
right-click, click on Main Menu, nothing, Ctrl-S OK, then the same by the white square.

Pretty much the same deal. With the start time highlighted, type a four digit time (no need for enter key). ie, to have it start at 9:07am, type 0907. To have it start at 11:05pm, type 2305
