set up says login required = what user name and password does it want?

trying to set up for 1st time.. under settings ... configure nextpvr server ... is asking for username and password ... it wont accept user name and password from this forum,,, what is it looking for here... i have this set up on another computer and it never asked for any of this?

Is this on NextPVR V4 or V5 ?

This would be the V4 forum.

In v4 setup doesn't require a password so I assume v5. admin/password would be the values you use and you can find that information on the wiki.

The login for a new install of NextPVR v5 is always "admin/password"
