Sound but no picture

I have just loaded NextPVR 5.0.7 on my Windows PC. It works ok for HD TV channels but I only get sound and a blank  screen for all others. I'm guessing I need some sort of Code "thingy" but I'm not sure how to do this. Can any one help please?

http://www.nextpvr.com/decoders.html is a good place to start (hint get LAV the 32 bit version)

Thanks Martin, I think it's the Windows 10 lack of MPEG2 is my problem. Although after finding/loading MPEG2 it's not obvious how to get NextPVR to use the codec.

Right click on NextPVR Settings->Decoders

Yes the only option for MPEG2 Video: is "Microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder" or "disabled"  no option to select anything else.

Did you make sure to install the 32 bit version that I suggested?

I do not fully understand how to install safely and do not see any understandable instructions. Have you done this process yourself ?

What do you mean by safely?  You can download the installer.exe and from the setup screen install all or just the x86 version.
