No scan is via devices, just like when you did when your first added it. Just click on the existing device name.

What do you see in Settings -> Channels ... Is the channel in the list?

What do you see in the Guide?  Is the channel and its shows listed in the Guide?

You need to scan if the channel is not in the list at Settings -> Channels ... Go to Settings -> Devices ... Click on a tuner and then click the Scan Channels button ... https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki/set...ital-tuner

Ok, got it, tks for the info. But now I need to figure out how the new channel has the wrong channel info.

Anyone have a suggestion why my new channel has the wrong info? It says "Smile" which is the station ID, but it has info for KPRC, not KETH.

So maybe I'm doing something wrong? If I select the channel on zap2it and do an epg update, the channel (14.3) gets into the xmltv file. But when I do epg update in v5, it has the wrong info. What's going on here?

We don't know either because you didn't include the zipped logs. I am assuming you followed my advise earlier in the thread to manually map it to the correct channel The OTA name doesn't always automatically match up with the Schedules Direct or XMLTV name.
