Win10 Desktop app won't stream live audio

My desktop app wont play in Win 10. Next PVR crashes and leaves a blackscreen .  I've updated to the latest LAV decoders and am running latest 5.0.9.201018 software (was crashing before I upgraded).  I am using hdhomeruns as tuners.  I am using powerline adapters for ethernet (not sure if this has any effect). Logs attached.

Web app works as well as other clients (e.g. RBPI using Kodi and Android TV on Nvidia shield). Just cant get a Live Stream picture or sound on Win10 desktop. Video Had worked previously with some sound problems. I moved residences and now neither works. Should I just give up on it? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Pretty sure that is a reloaded to this WIP solution https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?tid=61617 reloading recordings in UI client. Not sure if just disabling the stack trace is the solution to the problem or not.

I looked at the discussion link you provided. I’m not sure if there’s a solution there. Should I install the patch suggested, and where should it be installed? Was an update to address this included in the latest release or no? How do I try ‘disabling the stack?

There was no solution there. Sub is still looking into this problem. That patch is part of 5.0.9

That stack trace wont matter. It was just some info for a situation that only occurs when you're using a remote UI client, like KNEWC. That stack trace is removed for the next build.

It's not clear what your problem might be from the logs supplied. Do you get any error message on the screen when it crashes?

No on screen error message, I just get a black screen. No video, no audio. However the tuner is in use the entire time like something is running in the background.

Here are logs again. I clicked to access Live Tv at 5:47pm and left it running until 6:50pm Eastern time USA,   During this time Next PVR showed the tuner was in use using the tuner status, but again no picture or sound.
