Win10 Desktop app won't stream live audio

Does it work better if you turn off EPG mode by changing to

<TimeshiftMode>Time Based</TimeshiftMode>

Maybe you copied a v4 config.xml?

    Played with the decoders and clicked the 'use legacy reader and demultiplexer.....' option under the Renderers andthe picture and sound worked momentarily (see below configuration )  When I tried to replicate it, it doesn't work anymore.  now its back to the black screen with no picture or sound.

Is it only with live tv? Can you play recordings?

Did your try with TIme Based mode as I suggested earlier?

Sub: Recordings play fine (picture and audio). So yes, problem is only with Live TV on the Win10 desktop app. It plays fine on other clients (Android TV, Kodi 18.6-18.9, etc) and the Web app works fine.

Martin: I don't know where to do the EPG time shift adjustment on the Windows 10 desktop  app. I cant find this function in the desktop app Client Settings nor the web app settings.  Where can I find this? Also how to check the version 4 config.xml?  Would it clearly state its v4?

If you look in your live tv buffer directory, do you see the temp .ts files being created, and have they got stuff in them? (ie, not just zero bytes long)

If you copy one of the files, can you play it?

Is I:\ a local drive, or a network drive?

I don't think it is the drive because it work works on other devices. The setting is in config.xml so you need to edit the file. There is no UI, I mentioned you must have copied your file from v4.

I can see the ts files being created in the live tv buffer.   Not 0 bytes.   I was able to copy and play a file in PowerDVD player.
