Win10 Desktop app won't stream live audio

Is I:\ a local drive, or a network drive?

the I:\ drive is a local drive attached directly via USB to the Win 10 desktop pc. It is however networked for remote access via PLEX and NEXT PVR

Below is a link to a .txt notepad copy of my current config.xml text file from C:\Users\Public\NPVR-data. This is in my public Dropbox folder.  Is this the correct one, v4 vs v5?  from the correct location?  See any changes I should make?

I don't think it is the drive because it work works on other devices.  The setting is in config.xml so you need to edit the file.  There is no UI, I mentioned you must have copied your file from v4.

What I am saying is in that file when you have it open in notepad change

<TimeshiftMode>EPG Based</TimeshiftMode>

to

<TimeshiftMode>Time Based</TimeshiftMode>

and restart the recording service to see if any changes are noted.

That solved it. Sorry I didn't understand how to accomplish this when you first recommended it, would have saved several iterations.
Video and sound now play normally on the Win10 desktop app as well as all other apps. I really appreciate your support on this. I Love this program/app!
