Cox Cable changing something with cable cards

A while back I got an email from Cox telling me that I may end up loosing channels because I use a cable card.  They tell me to tune into channel 1987, if I can see it, great no issues, if I can't then try to and update MPEG4 on my device.  

I use an HDHomeRun Prime, three tuner.  In NPVR, I scanned my device for channels, nothing, no channel 1987.  The firmware was a few months old so I upgraded to the latest version, 20200907.  I scanned again and still no channel 1987.  Is that because Schedule Direct doesn't have it in their schedule, or is it because HDR can't see it?

Can you see it on the HDHR device's web page, it would need to be there before NextPVR would see it.

I had forgotten about the webpage.  I was just looking in the the gui and wasn't being very sucessful.

I rescanned from the webpage, and the channel is now there. I added it to my channel lineup and I can view the channel, so I am good.
