A while back I got an email from Cox telling me that I may end up loosing channels because I use a cable card. They tell me to tune into channel 1987, if I can see it, great no issues, if I can't then try to and update MPEG4 on my device.
I use an HDHomeRun Prime, three tuner. In NPVR, I scanned my device for channels, nothing, no channel 1987. The firmware was a few months old so I upgraded to the latest version, 20200907. I scanned again and still no channel 1987. Is that because Schedule Direct doesn't have it in their schedule, or is it because HDR can't see it?
