can you give me any kind of estimate of when you will have time to look at this?

What would you do with the estimate?

Sub indicated he was busy with work and answering posts to keep everyone informed on each feature they want won't help get things done. No doubt it will get done. Most linux North America linux users don't have OTA EPG either so you are not alone in wanting changes.

Seeing as you are in the UK you can get Schedules Direct and get even better guide data and meta art then you get OTA so if it is that important you do have the option we have and it's cheap too.

Testing Schedules Direct right now.
There is no direct Freeview listing, however, there is a freesat listing, which I have selected.
The channel lineup is not identical, but does seem to contain most of the channels I am interested in.

Question for UK users who are using Freeview tuners: have you had any issues using Freesat listings for Freeview channels?

Not sure a question hidden in the macos forum will reach the intended users you seek. The TMS EPG data that Schedules Direct uses is alsp the foundation for guide data in Plex and Emby though so I suspect it is pretty good.

I use a TalkTalk listing on Schedules Direct because TalkTalk is based on FreeView channels.

So far it is looking good.
I was down to a very small number of channels - for some reason BBC was working.
I am assuming they made a change to the format of the broadcast data, because it did work for months.
Now I have data, and my keyword recordings are picking things up again Smile

Sorry, I've just been bogged down with my day job, and haven't found time to get back to it yet.

No worries.
I have an answer which is enabling me to use it.
When you get to it, it will be very welcome, but it is no longer urgent Smile
