Latest TvOS NextPvr app won't connect manually

In that nrecord.log, I can can see three attempts to login from 192.168.6.3. The first failed due to incorrect pin. The second and third logins did work.

It looks like you have a group called 'INTERNATIONAL SPORTS' selected. If I had to guess, something has changed about your IPTV setup since you originally selected that group, and it's now got no channels. Try going to the Settings screen, and selecting the 'All Channels' group.

Ah that might explain it. How are you bridging the two subnets? I think NextPVR is seeing a NAT address

Martin, my iPhone on x.x.6.3 works fine with any pin. My AppleTv on x.x.6.10 is the problem device/app, won't connect using a matching pin. And none of this has to do with what group I'm using. I can't get the AppleTv app to load regardless of what group is selected from my iPhone. Is my problem related to the pin problem mentioned here? My 2.x and 6.x subnets are routed not bridged. There is no Nat between them. Here is another log right after trying to login with Atv app from IP 192.168.6.10 and having pin 12345678 set. The group set is now US:ENTERTAINMENT.

I know the iPhone logic is a bad comparison but yes that is related to the other thread.

If you note my post  above the ATV actually came in on ...6.3 the same IP as the phone.

Let's wait until I see missing zipped log file.

That doesn't look like the correct md5 for that salt with 12345678 I calculate it as 7ab94bf1752ef6e0ddd92339c09c401d

what continues to confuse me is why NextPVR thinks you are now on the iPhone device with that sid. That is why I was thinking it was a NAT issue.

I don't have an ATV device, so this is total speculation, but...

Is it possible that somehow the ATV is using the iPhone as a wifi hotspot and connecting to the network via that rather than a direct wifi connection of its own?

Martin, in an earlier post you stated "Try changing your PIN to 12345678 it should show as 25d55ad283aa400af464c76d713c07ad".  That's what the config.xml showed when I sent the last zip file and at the time of this post. Not sure what you mean by "That doesn't look like the correct md5 for that salt with 12345678 I calculate it as 7ab94bf1752ef6e0ddd92339c09c401d".  I can logon with my iPhone with any pin so it's likely the md5 for pin 2102 and that may be where some confusion lies. I'm not seeing any login attempt the the log files for x.x.6.10 but not suprising since it's never able too. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, same result. After adding server, entering server ip;port and server pin 12345678 it reports "No server found. Continuing search."

Yes, I just confirmed that using the login info above 2102 is the PIN the AppleTV is using. I know the algorithm which makes it easy to check if I know the PIN

Brett, no the hotspot my iphone is always disabled. The Atv reports the proper network stats, see attached image.  I don't see an attachment so edited with dropbox link.
