Audio and Video stutter since 1214 update - On single channel

Perhaps this is just coincidence, but since doing the 1214 update, all recordings from CBS (even if recorded before or after the update) will not play back properly while using the NPVR client on the server PC.  It plays fine using VLC and also via Kodi from a different PC.  Recordings from other channels seem to play back just fine. I've uploaded the first few minutes one of the files to Dropbox.  Is there anything obviously wrong with the recording?    I don't get why only CBS would be affected, but I don't know how to examine the file to figure out what is going wrong.  I use the LAV decoders in NPVR.

Also attaching logs.  I played the file at 09:57 on 12/18/2020.  It seems that the stuttering gets worse the longer it plays.

I do see audio/video stutters in NextPVR with this sample file. I'll check what's happening.

Just wanted to say, using the NPVRTSReader5.ax file posted above fixed my issue as well. However, my issue was with Live TV playback stuttering on certain channels, not all.

My Live TV stuttering started after the update as well. I used the NPVRSetup.exe from the URL but did not remove any previous installs. So not sure if it was something I did, or just the file that needs replacing. I'm sure if it was more widespread, this fix would've been deployed already, or more easy to find.

Anyway, i'm not complaining, just wanted to say your support is awesome and i'm glad you had a fix for this. I can't live without NPVR :-)
