I recently changed the PIN code for local device login. When I went to view the guide using the web app on a local Windows laptop, all I got was the top part of the index page and then nothing. Empty.
I had last logged on with the laptop and checked the "Remember Me" box and expected a message this saying the login failed due to the PIN code change. Nothing. I could find no way to logout and change the laptop's PIN code. I ended up changing the server PIN code to 0000 then returning to the laptop and logging out. Then I went back to the server and restored the PIN I needed for remote access. The local laptop web app now presented the login page.
Is there a better way to allow server PIN code changes without having to log out of clients which had previously checked the "Remember Me" checkbox?
