adapter0-DVB-T-channels.conf not saved

/var/opt/nextpvr/adapter0-DVB-T-channels.conf 
 
is created on the disk after a successful device channel scan is saved,  nor when XMLTV guide successfully loads channel programing.

Failed to start requested stream message received when  watch live tv tried.

If the sever or the Pi is restarted device dvb-t adapter0 (Asus u3000 DVB) with 14 channels is unavailable.  A "new" device dvb-t adapter0 (Asus u3000 DVB) with no scanned channels is available.

Note: Live tv can successfully be viewed using Kaffeine.

16/1/20 Installation from .deb file - default installation,  16/1/20 new install Ubuntu server 20.10 64bit with Kubuntu desktop,  Raspberry Pi4 8Gb,  Samsung SSD,  Asus u3000 DVB.

Are you waiting for the scan to complete? It can take a while.

The scan has been completed before saving. Scans are quick due to using custom /usr/share/dvb/dvb-t/nz-Tauranga. No file var/opt/nextpvr/adapter0/frontend0-DVB-T-channels-scan.conf created when saved.

Maybe your custom file is not correct format so NextPVR isn't scanning properly?

My nz-Tauranga file has been used for a number of different NextPVR installations on various computers with out any problems.

Thinking about it I do seem to remember mentioning to sub that the arm64 build of DeviceHostLinux was not being updated and checking now the date is older the other linux builds

I don't know if it will work but what happens if you swap the folder names

This solved my same issue on 2/27 on Debian 10 / ODrioid HC4. Fresh Install on 2/26
