Bugger ... I had not noticed that this is a thread about V4 ... I am sure that everything about IPTV is better in V5 than in V4.
It might be that the only option in V4 is to edit the database ... npvr.db3.
Exactly where in the DB will I find those last 6 digits?
I searched all the tables and didn't find it.

From what I found, if I import the same M3U file it will overwrite the old EPG mappings.
Are you saying this won't happen in V5.
v5 works differently with IPTV. With v4, there was only 1 IPTV device. With v5, each time you import a new m3u, it creates a new IPTV device specifically for that m3u.
Usually it'll try to fix EPG mappings if you do an 'update epg', in case the IPTV provider has changed them since it was last imported them. I'm not sure what it'll do if you'd changed them to another source (like SD). I've got a vague recollection I did add something in v5 to not attempt to reset them...but if I didn't, I can make this change in v5.

Best to try and find out yourself. If it doesn't at least V5 is being updated and sub can fix this behaviour if necessary, it makes sense to only update the URL.

Guess I'll have to try V5 again to see if it solves this problem for me.
It's because I can't get the client app to work on a PC (other than the server) that keeps me from switching.
My wife is 78 years old and would not be able to handle the change.
