Hello,

I'm having an issue with my Nextpvr on Windows 10 and would be grateful for any help.  When I open the desktop app there is a an error : "The remote server returned an error. 500 Internal Server Error".  The guide works but nothing will play.

(An odd thing is that the streams will play through the nextpvr addon in Kodi. (There are some issues in Kodi like accessing multiple streams at once and no channel logos.) I am happy to post my Kodi logs here if needed. But I thought I'd make posts about the separate Kodi issues in the Kodi thread)

Tanks for any assisstance!

There is an overwhelming number of errors with channel icon.  I would start by reviewing the media\channels directory for 0 byte or small files.

How many channels including vod do you have?  By default vod is not sent to kodi

Yeah that's another issue (possibly related??)

On the desktop app "TV Guide", only 1 or 2 channel icons show up. But on the web app they all appear as broken images. (in Kodi none show up either)
I have like 3000 channels according to the web app (i still need to trim the fat (new iptv provider)).  I'm not very concerned about vod to be honest.

media\channels has a ton of image files (8000+).  Only 2 are 0KB. A few hundred in the 1 - 3 KB range. Then progressively larger up to about 1000KB.

Can you zip up and post a few example files?

Yep, no problem.

I'd go in and delete all 146 byte files since they aren't image files, and probably anything under 1K is suspect.

Yeah, all those 146 byte files just contain the text from your IPTV provider saying "file not found". ie, they have links in their m3u/xml saying where to get the channel icon, but they're invalid.

Done. I just deleted anything that didn't have a preview image in windows explorer. Should I restart and grab a new set of logs?

The bulk of the errors in your logs just related to the garbage/invalid icons your IPTV provider is listing. These specific errors wont stop it streaming though.
