Live TV - not filling screen

Using a Hauppauge PVR-150 (non mce) with a Radeon 9200 with latest non beta Hauppauge drivers. Is there a way to scale the video so that it completely fills the viewing window? Currently there are black bars at the top and bottom as well as narrow bars on each side of the window. Also noticed that at the top of the screen on certain channels there appears to be some greenish interference. Also occurs in WinTV2000 - driver problem?

Does it look like dots on the first scan line? That might be the Closed Caption data, and is normal.

I need help getting my FM radio to work. I tried playing with the settings, but get no sound. I have a PVR 350 and 150 installed. I have the capture setting for the 350 /internal tuner/antenna with direct Recording Plugin. the capture device is the same on the 350 TV and Radio.

I'm not sure this is a GB-PVR problem because when I play winradio the sound from a TV station comes in choppy. Can anyone help. I will post a question directly to Hauppauge about WinRadio.

I have installed the Lame driver.
