I cannot see the save button either, and I have tried 1280*720 and 1920*1080. Still cannot see it.
Also have the problem someone else reported that audio codecs missing when switching to some channels, resolved by escaping from the error message and selecting Live TV whereupon channel opens playing audio perfectly well.
For that reason I am trying to select LAV filters for all video and audio decoders, but cannot get it to stick because there is no save button.

Is there any way to fix this or work around?
In 1920x1080 mode try verifying that your character size is at 100%. Not larger. Then try scrolling the screen up and look in the bottom right corner.

Thanks, that sorted the save button issue, but now with all video and audio decoders set to LAV I still have the audio issues on switching between channels with MPEG audio and AC3 audio. LAV filters was not the fix.
Maybe open a new thread about the audio. I have not read enough here to understand what is happening. Not something I have seen but all I use is ASTC TV.

I followed up on the thread "Missing Audio - Switching from MPEG-1 to AC3 and vice versa" in the v4 section, which is where I started and which led me here. Looks like that issue is not confined to v4.
