Audio Slightly out of sync

I just built myself a pvr system using an ATI TV Wonder Elite card. I was not entirely pleased with MCE 2005 so I tried GB-PVR. The picture quality is Excellent (Much better than MCE) but the audio is slightly out of sync, just enough to be annoying (abt. 200ms leading the video). Can anyone tell me if this is a common problem or offer possible solutions.

Does this do this with recordings or live tv or both?

It does it on both. With MCE2005 I did not see the problem.

Try using a different video decoder.

I had audo sync problems with the ATI Theater 550 and the ATI Wonder Elite and I found that if I changes the setting for Deinterlacing on the Misc tab to Encoder Pass through and this fixed the problems.
