Doesn't recognize DVB card

Hi,

I'm trying setup NextPVR on Ubuntu but NextPVR doesn't list any devices. Log files attached.

Your database looks bad. Try

sudo nextpvr-server stop
sudo rm /var/opt/nextpvr/npvr.db3
sudo nextpvr-server start

Already uninstalled and reinstalled nextpvr and also now tried to remove npvr.db3 but no luck.

Could zip and upload the npvr.db3 file that is being created? I see sub doesn't provide a complete empty.db3 file anymore.

That is fine.

When you installed via apt did you include --install-recommends I am thinking (because it isn't showing in the logs) you didn't install hdhomerun-config

Yes it did install it at least in first install of nextpvr.
Here's log after completely removing (apt purge) nextpvr and hdhomerun-config and reinstall with command sudo apt install ./nextpvr-helper.deb --install-recommends
It also installed hdhomerun-config

Is it possible you are installing as root? NextPVR doesn't support that and this line makes me think you may have.

As a sudo user (telkka, I assume) try

sudo rm -R /var/opt/nextpvr
sudo dpkg -i nextpvr-helper.deb

Telkka is just regular user. Folder "C:\Users\Public\Videos\" can't exist because I'm not running nextpvr on Windows.
Tried with this commands:
sudo rm -R /var/opt/nextpvr
sudo dpkg -i nextpvr-helper.deb

But still same result.

Sorry I was wrong about that, the recording directory probably was ok.

What version of Ubuntu are you running? It is definitely not clear what the error is or why the hdhr software isn't running.
