RESOLVED: It was a ROKU.com configuration problem as they migrate developers to a different backend. It is fixed now
Is there a problem adding the channel on Roku? I went to https://my.roku.com/account/add?channel=PK6HQLC which is the URL I have, click through the CAPTCHA and the page refreshes without loading the app on the ROKU. I've tried it on a couple different browsers. Is this a ROKU website issue or do I have the private channel wrong?
The Captcha takes and then the page just refreshes with a blank CAPTCHA and does not proceed. I tried it on two different web browsers and also incognito. After it accepts my Captcha ( pictured on the right) it refreshes back to blank captcha (left). It doesn't proceed to the channel. It's as if the code is wrong or the channel is gone.
I tested it with another private channel, code AE, (A & E TV) (https://my.roku.com/account/add?channel=ae) and I was able to proceed and add that channel. So, it appears the issue might be with the NPVR roku channel.
Going to https://my.roku.com/account/add and using code PK6HQLC does not work.
