Cant watch multiple channel for on raspberry pi's

Hi hoping someone can help me with a small problem I seem to be having.

The backend is running windows 10 21h1
Intel core i7-4770k 3.5ghz
32GB

With Nextpvr 5.2.0.210912 installed.

It's got 1 7162 DVBS tuners with two tuners on the card.

It's also got 1 tbs 6982 tuner card which also has 2 tuners.

The system seems to work fine when I watch 1, however when I try and watch a second channel the second channel does not show.

I used 4yh gen pis with 8gb.

Please see attached picture of the tunes appearing to work.

Have also attached the logs from the nextpvr backend.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do they have their own dishes / LNBs or are they sharing?

Hi, thank you for your reply.

They both use the same dish and LNB's.

I believe the LNB is a quad.

It's about 2-3 years old.

Would I need a separate dish for each card?

This setup worked with windows media centre.
