my recordings are being deleted automatically

i recorded 2 hours of spongebob leading up to a premiere of an episode and instead i only have 12 minutes
the recordings were being deleted mid recording, what am i doing wrong?

That is the live file meaning someone is watching it in live tv, recordings would be in a different folder.

Those aren't your recordings. These are just live tv buffer files.

Check your recording directory in the web app, then look in that location.
