Nothing but static

I have an Sapphire Theater 550 pro. Every channel I get is static. I have Zap2it as my EPG. My config is configured according to the FAQ as best I know. The tuning assistant displays the channels properly, but when I open the EPG, its static. Can anyone help?

Have you referenced the tuning channel number to the EPG data channels? I tripped up on this one. (EPG are on the left and tuner channels are on the right in config.exe > capture device > edit)
