Is anyone still using BlackGold BGT3650?

What do you see in device manager? I see 2 devices (the tuners and the IR), this is with tuner 0 and 1 not locking (but visible in NPVR).

I have just downloaded DVBviewer and it appears to have the same issue (first 2 tuners return no scan results)

Im on driver 9.1.1.2
