This might be a clue Live TV buffer directory does not exist: D:\Temp\ So you will need to change that.

Sure enough. My D Drive has failed. So my streaming seems to be back. Still red X on the desktop app though but no more side-eyes from the wife!

So to confirm the red X is not on startup anymore, it is on playback only and you still get this message https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...#pid563948 even with a good live TV directory.
