After a couple of attempts with the bad PIN It is working from here. I was streaming NOLA - TB on your channel 48.1 if you want to check your logs.

Have you ever connected your Roku on your home network?

no, i was never able to connect my roku on my home network to the nextpvr server.. 

are you saying the pin i sent you was wrong?

Sorry I have too many servers running here to do a clean install since it always will find one. Are you running V4 NextPVR as well?

Yes I thought you might also have been running V4. I can't seem to find a way of deleting a manually recording to do a true clean test. I think we might need to figure out why your box isn't connecting in the first place. I assume the channel you are using is v1.11 build 14.

yes i am using the newest build, 1.11 build 14. 

If it adds to anything, i am able to use the KODI app on my computer to connect just fine. both the computer and roku are on the same network. 

Thank you for your help in figuring this out.

I think I have fixed the remote access in 1.12.2 which should be there now.

For local scanning make sure that pot 16891 UDP is open on your local NextPVR server.

its working! thank you again for your assistance. 


live is a little glitchy, but it settles down after a few mins.. recordings are perfect.
