My question is somewhat related, but not exactly.
When you have a bunch of "failed recordings" and they failed for a reason that you know about (the computer was turned off for a week), is there an easy way to delete all the failed recording rather then deleting them 1 by 1. Of course I am using v5, and am on a Win 10 PC.
Thanks for your assistance.

You probably should have created a new post for this.

No there isn't. It's probably easier to delete them in the web app though. ie, head to the Recordings page, select Failed recordings, then many quick clicks of the 'delete' button and they're all gone. (no having to move the mouse, or view details of recording etc)
That helps. I was clicking on the delete and then had to confirm everyone, and with probably 100 to do, it was going to take a long time.
And thanks for your quick response. You and the "mainstays" of NextPVR are always very very responsive. I appreciate it. I sure don't get quick responses from the Kodi people most of the time (like 90%).
On Kodi you can delete all failed recording by folder. The knewc python interface lets you tag multiple recordings for delete and you can delete them one at a time or all at once. There are some improvements to this in the knewc I use.
I just installed knewc, so I will be giving it a try.
I have been using nextpvr with Kodi and XNEWA for many years. I finally decided it was time to upgrade to V5 of nextPVR and also get the latest Kodi. So am trying to get everything working on my "test" machine, before I switch things on my HTPC in the living room. I have to keep the wife happy and not have any screw ups to our daily use HTPC. So I had been wondering just what I would do since XNEWA did not work with V5, so I like what I see with KNEWC. It looks just like what we are used to. Just have to get my RC6 remote working right with it, and I will be all set.
Thanks again for your support.
