Does anyone managed to connect Ubisheng tuner to Nextpvr.

I searched Ubisheng DVB (since you are in Portugal) and couldn't find a tuner just products with HDMI and other output. You'd be better off just getting a real DVB tuner or a SAT>IP box if that is the product your are talking about.

Some external STB tuners do have network interfaces and with Enigma2 software you could get an m3u playlist, but I don't know if your device supports this.

I have it connected to a TV via HDMI and it works well with all the channels on dvb T2.
Because it has a IP port and I can detect the IP address.
It is also possible to view YouTube videos and some IPTV channels but the PVR functionality is very poor.

I was exploring the possibility of connecting via IP to Nextpvr and then be able to get full PVR capabilities.

I didn't find specs on this device, but if I would buy one if I could find an ATSC equivalent. Do you have something like the DVB2IP option setting? This sounds like it might give you an m3u that you might be able to use. I base that on this box https://www.aliexpress.com/item/10050018...-recommend

However I'd still think a standalone card might be better especially if you want OTA EPG or if the m3u uses rtsp link.

I have been trying to contact the manufacturer but no reply.
I have done some research on usb tuner's and l am inclined to buy Hauppauge WinTV-soloHD triple.

Can I have your opinion?
