Failed to create writer

Hello, 
Was hoping someone might be able to help me with this. I have a Dvico FusionHDTV7 Dual Express, which i have currently in an arch based server running Kodi-gbm standalone. I've finally gotten around to getting this tuner card in and it seems all installed well and fine. It found my local channels and i figured there was no issues. Went to stream it live, and i keep getting a Failed to create writer error on the adapter, as well as 404 and 500 errors from the clients. 
I've tried to stream it via the webserver with no luck. It initializes the stream and then errors out with a 404 error. Please see the attached logs. Let me know if anyone knows anything.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!
I thought i had already done that. In fact i know i did, but i had to reinstall due to instructions that were mostly wrong with regards to unziping and arch. I found the easiest way to go about it was to debtap and change to package, and remove libssl from the reqs. (It's already present in openssl) most of the other underlying needed things were had through yay.

Can you tell me more about the openssl problem? I know that we very recently found out the openssl 3.0 is not supported with dotnet, it needs openssl 1.1 or earlier.

while it worked for a few minutes, I am receiving the same error now. Through both the webserver and (both) my kodi installs. Attached are the logs. Thank you again for your help. All permissions are granted at this point.

Those look to be signal related.  Check your antenna and remove any splits

It was my antenna. Wasnt the best. I replaced it today and havent had an issue since. Truly appreciate your help Martin.

I did read about debtap and really there is not much we can do if the conversion apps doesn't know how to load openssl from the libssl requirements. If more distros move to openssl 3, I will update the deb files and call for openssl 1.1 since we do need both libcrypto.so.1.1. and libssl.so.1.1

Openssl comes in quite handy I've found. I run version 1.1.1.m-1. Has a lot packed in. Once that dependency is removed though its no issue to repack and install through pacman.
