AppleTV, navigate in recordings

Yesterday I bought the NextPVR TV. The first thing I noticed was the missing ability to skip forward and backward using left and right clicks on the new apple tv remote. That is how every other video app works on the apple tv. Now I'm more than happy to see it is going to be implemented in the next release. Looking forward to it. Thanks for the effort.

A couple of builds have gone up to Apple this week, but we've found a couple things in testing so, so I haven't released these builds yet. Not too far off though.

Thanks for the release of 3.5, a huge improvement in navigation! Skip seems to work fine for me, +60 sec, -30 sec. FF and FR is still to be added, but overall a much better experience :-)

JUut recently I am not sure it is due to latest IO TV for apple TV or latest  NextPVR app's  update but no way to move time  during pause on recording despite I see the bottom green bargraph moving to the requested time. In fac it always  play form restart

Just to add I have 2 AppleTV with the black remote, maybe the issue is related to the change done to support new silver remote buttons for skip/rewind

I helped sub test this and I have to tell you that skipping while pause is not in any of my test scenarios for any of my clients.

I use the black remote so to move forward or bacwrd, I just used pause button , then with thetouch pad move the time cursor (green) forward or backward then click on touch
up to now it was doing the job with the black remote control

I hav another harmony remote control, when pressing left or right arrow to move certain number of second it does the same
still playing from the begining, not moving the time

NextPVR built 3.5, AppleTVOS 15.3 (the 2 are recent updates) 1 week ago everything was working well

What version of NextPVR is installed on your server?

4.2.5 , but no update for more than a year . So recent update from Apple TV Apps or Apple TV OS created the issue.
Accesseing the server xwith any pc/Chromebook, I can move time cusor forward/Backward wirhout any issue
