When I go to Settings, All Channels is all that shows. Tap All Channels & Channel Groups shows in middle of screen and nothing more happens, all locks up. Have to power cycle tvos to regain control. Do I need to rescan channels on the server or is it an app issue?

No, you shouldn't need to rescan.

Are you seeing your channels etc in the web app?

I'm not really sure why that would be. Is you server remotely accessible? I could try connecting to it form here, to see if there is something it doesn't like.

Are you seeing anything? ie channels, or recording lists etc?

Just the menu across the top. And with Tv Guide I see vertical lines and time across the top but no content. All other tabs are blank screen except settings that shows the version and group. You can login remotely, yes. PM'd you the credentials

We got markn62 working. It was a login issue on manually added server, but this highlighted the app wasn't correctly letting the user know when a login failed, so I've added this to my todo list to fix.
