Sorry but unless I see Kodi debug logs, I assume Kodi is working fine and won't spend any time on it. The long tuning time could be the source of the problem, 10 second+ tuning is not common.

While trying to watch live tv in NextPVR.exe, it'll create a .ts file in the live tv buffer directory. Take a copy of that file while it's still trying to do live tv, then put it somewhere like onedrive/googledrive and let me know the download link. I'll check the state of the file.

Logs attached. although i cannot see anything , the ts file plays fine in vlc

There seems to be something wrong with the times stamps in that file The start time is typically only a second or two.

Duration: 00:00:43.50, start: 55663.623800, bitrate: 5505 kb/s

Kodi certainly doesn't like it.

Try creating a c:\temp directory, and setting the following in the registry, then watch BBC Two again, then post the two log files that get created in a c:\temp

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\NPVR\ LogReaderAutoMap=1 (DWORD)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\NPVR\ LogDemux=1 (DWORD)
