Good Morning,

Recently, I have been experiencing a problem recording/viewing a single channel.  all scheduled recordings give me the error
"No Errors, but no data delivered. This is usually because the device failed to lock a signal."

I have updated both Nextpvr and silicondust HDhomerun dual receiver versions to current versions.

I tried to get a live signal on Nextpvr by selecting the channel from the guide. Nextpvr starts with "Please Wait" then goes back to the guide.  All other channels work correctly.

I went into Silicondust Sortware and rescanned channels.  selected the channel and it started and came up correctly.

You haven't given us nearly enough information to be able to help you.

You don't tell us which of the HomeRun device types (ATSC/DVB-T/QAM/HDHR/etc) you are using in NextPVR.
You don't tell us if you tried it in NextPVR after you rescanned on the HDHR device itself.

If you want support, then you need to generate a .zip file of ALL of your logs with the button in the NextPVR web app Settings page. Then upload that .zip file as an attachment to your post here. (Note that if the .zip file is >2MB you will need to put it somewhere like OneDrive, Google Drive, etc. and post a link to it here since the forum software has a maximum attachment size of 2MB.)

Yes, I rescanned both applications after doing updates on each App

Have included the log file from NEXT PVR

I am assuming the problem channel is KOAA (it would make sense to tell us that) and it looks like the signal strength is very low. I am surprised the HD signal lock in. When you re-scanned did you do it properly re-scan tuner 0 and then delete tuner 1 and 2 with the trash can and copy them.

I logged into NextPVR and deleted all 5 channel scans.  Then I rescanned for the two tuner imputs from the HDHomerun.

Logged out and checked NextPVR.   

YEA!! Thank you for your help.  I would have just continued to rescan with no success or correcting the issue.
