Cool Thanks. I'm getting there. I really appreciate your assistance. 
OK, I got the drivers installed. And was able to scan for channels. I installed the audio drivers in NextPVR and tried to watch a channel. I get the audio but on the screen it simply says ....Please Wait

You forgot to attach the logs zip file.

You should install the LAV x86 decoders (not x64) https://github.com/Nevcairiel/LAVFilters/releases and then map them to all your audio and video settings.
