Synology DS220+ vs Raspberry PI 4

Hello all, Im thinking about shutting down my PC running NextPVR so I can sell my server rack considering that's all I use it for is NextPVR.

Im thinking about going two options,

1 Raspberry PI4
2 Synology DS220+

I dont use commskip Just recording with the following items, 

2 Duo HomeRun Network TV Tuners that record over the air.
1 IPTV stream.

SO in theory I should be able to watch 2 rooms of TV well recording.  I do at times use up to 4 TV tuners during peak TV Time but
most of the time its only recording 2 channels at a time.  I also want to be able to watch the TV shows well recording in the living room
and in the bedroom.

Maybe I still need to keep my PC but asking suggestions before I even start the process.

The Synology 220+ is going to perform much better than the RPi4. Either way, you'll be wanting to use clients that can do native playback, rather than transcoded playback (like web app).

Ya I did forget to say I was going to use Kodi for each of the two TV's

I'd keep the PC running although if it a power hungry server rack that you can sell and just buy a refurbished desktop top.
