Install failure Linux Mint

Hi

Attempting my first NextPVR install but getting repeated failures.
Hardware is an old fan-free box running an Intel Atom N270, 1Gb RAM, 160GB SSD.
OS is Linux Mint 19.3, Xfce 32 bit

This is what I get:

I have purged and re-installed a few times now and don't know what else to try!
Is there something fundamental about this setup that I am missing?

Sorry for Intel, Microsoft dotnet only supports x64
