Sorry about that and you're correct, I sort of complicated my issues. Apologies.
After many tests I can confirm that using the nextPVR in unique tabs is now working with multiple streams.
My setup is as follows:
- dedicated remote server hosting:
- nextpvr (docker)
- jellyfin (docker)
TV1 and TV2 connected using to stream. As this seems to be a jellyfin issue, I will also ask in the jellyfin support.
FYI, I did also try to use nextpvr with Plex(with xteve in the middle) and I got the exact same result. When Plex starts a second stream starts, 1st one stops. So it's not strictly a jellyfin issue.

This is I asked about the use case. You didn't mention this earlier but with xteve or Plex (remember to donate especially since you paid for Plex) that you will need to create an m3u for each tuner instance with each specifying a different client parameter &client=identifier on the URL.
