It's not clear what you mean. We'd need more to go on.

Do you mean you have NextPVR installed and working at home, and you're trying to connect to it from some remote site, and now not able to connect to it? Do you see the login web page? (if not, but still works from home, then sounds like you don't have port forwarding setup correctly in your router)

or do you mean something entirely different?
