It still isn't accepting your login to the web page via the browser, so the ctrl-f5 must not be working. Close the tab then the browser and restart the browser and try again.

Maybe try to get a new prompt with

http://192.168.1.8:8866/login.html

I can log into browser just fine, Just the App I bought on Google Play for my Shield isn't working. I tried resetting the Pin, leaving it unset, ect ect. I have this running in Host Mode on Docker.

I see nothing but failures in your web server use which is why the reset to 0000 is not working. Seeing the cached page doesn't mean it is working.

Did you do the relogin that I asked and then reset to "0000"

I switched back to using the VPN container as network and it has connected now. Thanks for your help.

Yea, I was confusing setting "nothing" as "0000" I guess. Stupid.

Not stupid, that part is confusing, the field is not really a PIN since it is a string (which you know from one of your tests), which is why four zeroes is important.
