I changed log level to debug and ran EPG update and played some recordings.  I didn't notice any issues or see any errors.  Updated to latest release.  I will continue using it and see if anything happens.  If it continues, then I will start another post.  I cleared the old logs and started with new debug log. If I pay attention to logs from this point forward, it might help me to discern what is normal in the log and what doesn't look right.  I learned my lesson that network implementation by my ISP of ipv6 doesn't mean that it is used everywhere.

That looks fine now. Best to use the web player settings page to get the logs so that the logs are flushed, those still show the manual EPG running.

Note that the default manual EPG update is for fewer days by default to save time will waiting, the scheduled update will correct that. You can change the default but the logic makes sense to me to reduce interruptions.

If you are having an issue with Schedules Direct, please open a ticket on their website (not forum!) https://www.schedulesdirect.org/lineupsupport and explain the problem. This was suggested earlier but we received confirmation they have a process to fix the IP related anti-piracy measures that have been causing most of these problems but it is on a case by case basis.

I need assistance please? I downloaded NEXT PVR V5 as part of a package for the August DVB-T 210 USB TV stick. It installed fine and I updated it to latest verson. It says its licenced to August International.

Issue I have is when I enter default passwords 'admin' and 'password' it responds 'Login Failed'.

There is nothing on August's website to assist with this. Can anyone help me. please?

I'm pretty sure the August TV installer sets the login to AugustTV/AugustTV, which is slightly different to the default NextPVR login. For questions specific to the installer downloaded from the August International website, it's probably best to contact their support guys.
