Hi,

NPVR Version: 5.2.2.21101 on windows 10

When using the nextpvr client v5 and clicking on the recordings menu i get shown this error:

System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path C:\Users\Public\NPVR-Data\media\shows is denied.

Using the webinterface there is no problem accessing the recordings.

I checked the privs on the mentioned folder but they look allright to me.

What can this be?
Why is the client trying to access this folder?

It's trying to look in this folder because this is where artwork is stored. It would normally be able to access this folder. It sounds like something on your machine is stopping this. ie, either directory permissions, or antivirus/firewall type software denying access.

That version of NextPVR makes no sense but if it is old you should upgrade it and then post the logs.

Updating to 6.1.1 fixed the issue.

But now the setting menu (left hand side on the /settings.html page) in the web-interface does nothing when i click on any link.

You might need to use ctrl-f5 to refresh the browser cache.
