I recently added a second usb tuner with separate antenna to optimize the signal for a few hard to tune channels on my main antenna. When I record on my main tuner and try to watch on the second tuner, I get a message that the second tuner cannot be found. I am however able to watch the second tuner channels if I don’t watch/record on the main tuner. Logs are attached - time of issue is around 17:20 on 2/16.

First a few housekeeping things
- modify you postprocessing.bat file to redirect output to NUL - a lot of your advanced rules are bad and need to be redone. For the tuner it isn't working at the device level. 2023-02-16 17:11:58.230 [DEBUG][4] Failed to start device: 0x800705aa Maybe try a reboot and if it still fails check if the software that came with it works. Also maybe zip the output from this app https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki/FilterCheck and attach it. Martin

Thanks. Attached is the filter check. The tuner that is failing to start when it is watch/recording at the same time as the main tuner is watch/recording is "Digital TV".

Did you remember to zip the attachment?

It looks like it's an unfortunate choice of tuners, that use the same reference drivers, and the manufacturer(s) cut corners and didn't update them to give them a unique "pin medium" identifier.
The numbers highlighted below should be unique for each device. Quote:12:00:37.110 INFO Checking KSCATEGORY_BDA_NETWORK_TUNER filters
